A Taste of Brighton
Brighton - Melways Ref: 67 F10
2.2km, 55 minutes
Start at the beautiful, historic Brighton Arts and Cultural Centre (formerly the Brighton Town Hall) and make your way through local streets, taking in the history, architecture, shopping, dining and some of Victoria’s most prestigious private schools. Stop for a coffee or admire the artwork along the way.

Healthlands
Sandringham - Melways Ref: 77 A12
2.1km, 45 minutes
This short trail showcases the beautiful natural heathland of coastal Victoria, just as it was intended – with logs and tree branches along the path in some places. This significant area is home to some indigenous vegetation and wildlife which won’t be seen anywhere else.

Battle of Trafalgar
Sandringham - Melways Ref: 76 G9
3.7km, 1 hour
This walk is a must, especially during autumn when the rich colours of the avenue of oak trees are enchanting. Tour the charming Gypsy Village of Sandringham, admire the quiet streets named after the Battle of Trafalgar or walk across the road to enjoy the beautiful Sandringham beach.

Landcox Walk
Brighton East - Melways Ref: 67 J9
4km, 1 hour
This relaxing four kilometre trail through the streets of Brighton East includes some of Bayside’s most popular parkland and streetscapes. Landcox Park, in particular, is renowned for its ornamental lake surrounded by serene sweeping gardens and exotic native plants. After walking this trail once, you will return again and again to experience the wonder and delights of Brighton East and its magnificent parklands.

Whispers and Vistas

Cheltenham - Melways Ref: 86 G1 and H1
3km, 40 minutes
Choose your own path here with the freedom to explore three closely linked parks. Natural bushland environments bring you to the views across the fairways, ovals or houses with the wind whispering through the trees.

Bayside Architectural Trails
Bayside is renowned for significant residential properties and distinguished public buildings, that combine to make it an excellent location to view a diverse range of quality architecture.

The Bayside City Council have developed an Architectural Trail booklet (available from Council) to highlight and celebrate architectural achievements in Bayside. The guide identifies a number of trails and provides information about the history of Bayside’s architectural development.

Bayside Coastal Art Trail
The cliff-tops and beaches of Bayside have always been places of significance for people living in the area. From the early days of European settlement, many writers, sculptors and painters have been inspired by the beauty of Bayside’s coastline.

The Bayside Coastal Art Trail celebrates the lives and artwork of notable Australian artists who painted the Bayside coast in years past. It features more than 50 artworks on 38 signboards along Bayside’s coastline in a gentle walk for people of all ages.
